In order to have a National Archives Portal account, please send an e-mail to:  Untitled The email must contain the following:

·         The subject of the message will be the name of the country where you live

·         As attachement, you will send a digital copy of your National ID or Passport.

Example: if your country name is Denmark, the message will look like this:

GERMANY

 

 

 

 

Within 24 hours, we shall send you by e-mail the activation code and instructions for your account.

The e-mail address Untitled may be used only for issues related to the user account or portal functionalities.

In case you would like to avoid sending the copy of your National ID or Passport by e-mail, you may have the following options:

·         Send the copy of your National ID or Passport via regular post mail, indicating also your e-mail address where the activation code should be delivered.

·         Visit us at one of our offices listed here, where, after personal identification, your account will be created and your credentials will be delivered.
